Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the lifeguard training services provided by Pro Aquatic Services ("Company"). By accessing or using the Company's services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the services.
1. Services Provided
1.1 The Company offers lifeguard training courses and related services to individuals and organizations.
1.2 The services may include classroom instruction, practical training sessions, certification exams, and any other related activities deemed necessary by the Company.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 In order to enroll in a lifeguard training course, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees.
2.2 Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company.
2.3 Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Company cancels a course or provides a refund at its discretion.
3. Participant Requirements
3.1 Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified by the Company to enroll in a lifeguard training course.
3.2 Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
3.3 Participants are required to attend all scheduled sessions of the course and complete all required coursework and assessments.
4. Certification
4.1 Participants who successfully complete the lifeguard training course will receive a certification from the Company.
4.2 Certification is contingent upon meeting all course requirements and passing any required exams or assessments.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold certification from any participant who fails to meet the requirements of the course.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the course.
5.2 Participants must follow all instructions provided by the instructors and comply with all safety regulations.
5.3 Any behavior deemed disruptive or unsafe by the Company may result in removal from the course without refund.
6. Liability
6.1 Participants acknowledge and understand the risks associated with lifeguard training activities, including but not limited to physical injury.
6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained by participants during the course, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum, handouts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Amendments
8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
8.2 It is the responsibility of participants to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the American Red Cross.
